Been tinkering with http://www.xtranormal.com/. It’s an online text-to-movie editor.
And it’s friggin’ amazing.
It took me two minutes to make this masterpiece:
The whole thing’s in Beta, so there’s some glitches. For instance, you can go directly to making movies, but you need to sign up before you can publish it. But after you did that there’s no way to retrieve the movie you just made. Duh!
There’s also some nice touches like when the movie is rendering it says “Rehearsing” and “Shooting movie” instead of just “Wait” or “Rendering”. It’s these little thing that always do it for me.
They also have different languages/accents, here’s a Belgian Dutch female talking to a Cockney clown.
What’s especially cool they have all the extra-activity down and even cooler: A REMIX BUTTON on all the movies, how’s that for being plugged into recombinant culture.
